Working out rough sizes of our chassis and where everything will go....Also we discovered that our £1.04 karting seat was too small for most of the pupils to squeeze into!

These are our 20" BMX wheels with 14mm axles.

This is our NuVinci CVP, our variable gearing system....needs lacing into the back wheel but will allow us to increase and decrease our speed during the race.

Motor goes here....well for the moment!
